What are the Pet I.D.s made of?
A High quality, waterproof thick laminate with your Pet's image printed on both sides. Plus, as an added bonus, it doesn't make any noise like those old school, tired looking name tags...
How do I pick my sizes?
Great Question...Some people like a larger tag on their small pet and vice versa....We say, "Power to the People...& Pet" you decide for yourself. Heck, we have people deciding things for us all the time....enough is enough...! We give them names, but it's really all about picking the sizes that suit you best. The the 'small' tag is 1" x 1.75" and the "large" tag is 1.25" x 2"
What is the size of the magnet?
2" x 3". About the size of a credit card.
Is there a shipping and handling charge?
We ship USPS for $ 2.49
This is a total or one-time fee, regardless of the number of tags you order.
How do you ship my order?
The U.S. Postal Service.
How long does it take to receive my order?
That depends. Normally, your order will ship within 2 - 3 working days. Once it ships, in the U.S. First Class Mail, which can normally take between 3 - 7 days If you go with UPS, depends on the service you choose.
Do you ship to different countries?
No...not yet. Send us a line and we'll let you know when and where..
Do you ship to PO or APO addresses?
Yes! We're using the U.S. Postal Service, so anywhere they go, we and your tags go..
What is your returns policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for ANY Reason, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is absolutely free. Whenever possible, we encourage exchange rather than return of an item you are unhappy with; this ensures that the charitable royalty your purchase generated will still go to the charity. Please email us at service@petidforme.com with your order number and your exchange request We will provide you with a USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
Can I track my order?
Everything is shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, unfortunately, it can't be tracked. Be patient, your tags will get there and your pet will still love you...
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks, money orders, uncut gemstones, or broken promises.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Yes, but only if your order is shipping to an address in California because that's where we are..
Is it secure to enter my credit card information online?
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. For all online transactions, your session is secured through Secured Sockets Layer or SSL. All of your personal information is held on secured servers behind firewalls. Also for your protection, we do not save any of your credit card information.
What is your privacy policy?
We do not share any of your personal or payment info with anyone. EVER!
We will use the personal information you enter during the order process to manage and fulfill your order. Also, if you have signed up for our email list or provided your email as part of your order, we may periodically send you fun and informative emails about whatÃs new and exciting at PetIDforMe, things like new tag designs & new products..PetIDforMe may share information collected by us with third parties to help process your order (e.g. shipping companies, credit card processors, etc)
How do I place an order?
It's simple! Fill in the information and start making your ID! Then choose the size and the quantity and click "Add to Cart." We'll walk you through the rest of it. If you want to order for a different pet, just go through the same process again!
What do I do if my neighbors Dog barks all the time?
